Note:

Lifeguards:
For a standard party for under 50 swimmers, two lifeguards will be assigned to work the party. There will be a 15-minute break at the end of every hour of the party - this is a great time to eat or open gifts. Breaks may not be combined. The buzzer will ring with 15 minutes left in the party so guests will have time to gather their belongings and say their goodbyes. During a break, NO ONE is allowed in the pool. Babies are allowed in the kiddie pool if an adult supervises them, and the splash pad will open.

Bad weather/Cancellations:
If you want to cancel or reschedule your party, you must do so at least a day before the party begins. Once the party starts, we CAN NOT refund your money and can only reschedule if available slots exist. Because the City of Jackson runs the pool, all money is turned into the auditor’s office; therefore, we cannot give you a refund at the pool. To get your money refunded, you must fill out a form at the Jackson Memorial Building, and they will mail you a refund check.

Rules:
All swimmers must follow the rules. Please help our lifeguards by reminding your guests to review the rules as they walk in.

What you can bring:
Feel free to bring in any food and drinks, but NO ALCOHOL is allowed anywhere on the premises. You may also bring in tables or lawn chairs. Hillcrest Pool reserves the right to check coolers and other containers to ensure that no alcohol is brought onto the premises.

Shelter House:
We do have a shelter house inside the pool area that you can use. There are a few picnic tables under it. If you hang up any decorations, please clean them up.

Reminder: You must be mindful of your party's start and end times. If there is no party before your party, you will be allowed 15 minutes before the start time. If there is a party before your party, please be respectful and wait to enter until your party begins.
